Looking for a nice warm drink to slow things down at the end of the day? Tuck in for the night with this calming blend of chamomile, almond, mint, and honey.
- 4 bags lavender chamomile tea
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped mint or basil
- 1 cup almond milk
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Divide tea bags and honey among 4 mugs. Top each with mint.
- Pour boiling water over each mug and allow 4 min. to steep. When liquid has cooled slightly, top each mug with ¼ cup almond milk.
