This is a great after school snack: The apples provide fiber and the yogurt and peanut butter are packed with protein. Plus, it tastes great!
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 apple, cut in 8 wedges
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries
Steps
- Mix yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup together thoroughly in a medium bowl. Serve immediately with fruit.
Tips
Dips can be made a day ahead and refrigerated. If preparing the fruit ahead, make sure to sprinkle apples and bananas with lemon juice to avoid browning.
