Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup tomato puree
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup distilled white vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 2 tsp liquid smoke
Steps
- In an Instant Pot®, heat the oil on the sauté function on high. Add the chopped onion and cook 5–6 min., until edges are browned.
