One sip of this frozen, tropical drink will transport you to a beachside paradise. Add spiced dark rum or gin for a boozy kick.
- 2 medium pineapples
- 4 cups ice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- Trim the tops off the pineapples. Using a pineapple corer, remove insides of pineapples and add fruit to a large blender along with the ice, pineapple juice, and mango chunks.
- Blend until smooth. Divide between empty pineapple shells and serve with straws.
No pineapple corer? Stick an immersion blender right into the cut pineapple to blend up the tough (but edible) core.
