Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- 1 lb 80% lean ground beef
- 1 (0.13 oz) packet Moroccan ras el hanout
- 4 hamburger rolls
- Tzatziki, sliced tomato, and arugula for garnish
Steps
- Set grill to medium-high. Into a large bowl, grate all the zest from the lemon. Finely chop the mint leaves and add to bowl, along with the beef, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until just combined. Divide into 4 mounds and shape each into ½-inch-thick patty.
- Grill burgers 5–6 min. per side or until desired doneness. Serve on the rolls with garnishes.
