For your next get-together, try this refreshing twist on the popular Italian drink.
- 3 grapefruit
- 1 ½ cups Aperol
- 1 (750 ml) bottle prosecco
- 1 (12 oz) can lemon seltzer or club soda
- Halve the grapefruit. Thinly slice 1 grapefruit half for garnish.
- Into a medium pitcher, squeeze juice from remaining 5 grapefruit halves. Add Aperol, prosecco, and seltzer. Stir to combine. Pour into 6 glasses filled with ice. Serve with sliced grapefruit as garnish.
No Aperol? Use triple sec or orange liqueur instead.
