This tempting after-dinner drink is your coffee and dessert in one! Try chocolate ice cream for a mocha version.
Ingredients
- ½ cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups hot espresso or strongly brewed coffee
- ⅓ cup whipped cream
- 8 chocolate-covered coffee beans
Steps
- Using a mini cookie scoop, add 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream to each of 8 espresso cups.
- Divide espresso or coffee among espresso cups. Top each one with a dollop of whipped cream and a chocolate-covered coffee bean.
Tips
No cookie scoop? Use a heaping tablespoon measure of ice cream per cup.
