Spread honey and goat cheese on cucumbers for a delicious snack or party veggie platter.
Ingredients
- 1 (4 oz) pkg goat cheese
- ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ tbsp honey
- ½ cup bean sprouts
- ½ (12 oz) pkg mini cucumbers
- ½ (16 oz) pkg baby carrots
- ½ (16 oz) bag radishes
Steps
- In a large bowl, mix together goat cheese, Greek yogurt, and honey. If mixture does not come together easily, add a few drops of water. Stir in ¾ of the sprouts and season to taste with salt (in moderation) and pepper. Garnish with the remaining sprouts.
- Halve the cucumbers and the carrots and place in bowls. Remove tops from radishes, leaving 1-inch stems intact. Serve dip with veggies.
