Use one of these to stir hot milk and hey presto, hot chocolate! PS: These make perfect edible gifts or party favors.
- 1 (4 oz) pkg Bakers semisweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 14 large marshmallows
- Craft or Popsicle Sticks
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate and cocoa powder, stirring frequently.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the cavities of an ice cube tray. Skewer the marshmallows and set on top of the chocolate. Freeze for 2 hours or overnight (until chocolate is set).
- Unmold the chocolate and marshmallows with sticks. Serve in hot water, milk, or coffee for an instant chocolate drink.
Spice it up! Add fresh orange zest, chili powder, and cinnamon for extra kick.
