The secret to perfectly cooked bacon every time? Roast it.
- 8 slices bacon
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with foil. Halve a slice of bacon and arrange 2 halves in the shape of a heart. Repeat with remaining slices. Roast, flipping after 8 min. with tongs and continue to cook for another 8 min.
